Develop an Employment Plan;
By working with you to develop your employment goal and the steps to reach that goal. Through this process we can help identify other supports that may be required in order for you to gain and maintain employment.

Find a Job;
Job Zone d'emploi has Job Developers who are in contact with local employers. They can assist you in finding a job opportunity and help you negotiate with an employer to secure additional supports to assist in the success of your job search.

Learn and maintain a job through an Employment Consultant;
Job Zone d'emploi can support individuals throughout the learning phase of their job. (The Employment Consultant may work along side you to assist in the learning process.)

Coordinate the supports you require to gain employment;
Job Zone d'emploi's team will work with you to make sure all agencies you have access to, are working together to support your employment.
