We provide one-on-one career support for job seekers and hiring support for employers across Cornwall, Stormont, Dundas, and Glengarry. We are funded by Employment Ontario and have been operating since 1985. Job Zone d'emploi is not a staffing agency or placement agency. We are a personalized employment resource that works with individuals through their entire employment journey — from first conversation to job placement and for a full 12 months after they start working. All services are free for both job seekers and employers. We serve two primary audiences: job seekers (including youth, newcomers to Canada, career changers, people returning to work, people receiving ODSP or Ontario Works, Francophone clients, and individuals facing employment barriers) and employers (local businesses looking for reliable, job-ready candidates with ongoing hiring and retention support). We operate in English and French (bilingual services).
