Position Details
Job Overview
- Collecting product samples for the lab and completing testing
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment (CIP & COP)
- Packaging both liquid and powdered products maintaining food safety standards
- Operating a forklift
- Being mechanically inclined to be able to take apart machines and put them back together
- Ability to work independently with time constraints
Work Schedule:
Continental rotating 12 hour shifts 7am-7pm and 7pm to 7 am
Required Skills/Experience
Experience working in a food industry is an asset
High school diploma
Problem solving
Mechanically inclined
Dependable. We are a small team and rely on each other to complete tasks
Previous experience working shift work
Living in the local area
We require a physical, background check, hearing test and drug test
Must have reliable transportation
Benefits
Excellent benefits 80% paid by company
Schedule is 12 hour rotating shifts so you have every other weekend off.
Starting wage is the training wage and is 90% of starting pay.
