Job Overview
Day to day management of the Corporation by collecting rent and making deposits, and financial transactions such as pay supplier invoices, payrollHelp seniors, custodian and others but answering questions and problem solving in regards to senior livingMaintain adequate files of correspondences/contracts/leases/inspections and applications for accommodationPrepare reports required by Board of Directors and take monthly meeting minutesEstablish regular routine inspections of building and grounds assisted by employees or contractors as well as monthly fire drillsBe the liaison between staff, tenants and Board Members
Work Schedule:
8 am - 1 pm
Required Skills/Experience
Minimum education: A secondary school diplomaConflict resolution and work independentlyBackground check needed (if hired) due to working with the vulnerables
Benefits
$22 to $24 per hourFlexible 25 hours/week
