Love creating presentations and bringing content to life?
Join our team as a Bilingual Facilitator and help people build confidence, develop skills, and move toward employment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating and facilitating interactive and engaging workshops and presentations in both English and French
- Adapt content and delivery style to meet different learning needs
- Support participants with job search skills (resumes, interviews, workplace expectations)
- Provide follow-up and basic one-on-one support as needed
- Support program reporting and maintain clear, accurate documentation and case notes

This is a bilingual position requiring fluency in both English and French.

Additional Information
- 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday (occasional evenings may be required)
- Office-based position (Cornwall)
- Business casual environment
- Must maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy standards
Required Skills/Experience
About You
- Enjoy creating presentations, workshops, or learning materials
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups and leading discussions
- Confident communicating in both English and French
- Organized and able to balance preparation, delivery, and follow-up
- Comfortable using technology (PowerPoint, virtual platforms, basic systems)
- Approachable, supportive, and able to build rapport with a variety of people
Education and Experience
We are open to a variety of backgrounds. You may be a strong fit if you have:
- Experience in teaching, training, facilitation, or group leadership
or - Experience in employment services, career development, or social services
Post-secondary education is an asset, but equivalent experience will be considered.
