Position Details
Job Overview
The successful candidate must be able to:
- work independently with minimum supervision
- complete daily work assignments in a timely and accurate manner
- perform general maintenance works (drywall, painting, cleaning, etc.)
- analyze repairs requests and troubleshoot them (basic plumbing and electrical repairs)
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday and on-call duties rotation
Required Skills/Experience
- clean criminal background check
- clean driving record
- must have own tools and vehicle
- ability to bend and lift heavy objects
- bilingual is an asset
- maintenance repairs: 1 year or more (required)
- french and english (preferred)
