Work Schedule: Tuesday-Friday and Occasionally a Saturday
Driver’s License : No

Ability to Lift(lbs) : Up to 20lbs
Language requirements : English/ French (not required)
Education Level: Post Secondary

Descriptions & Details: :

• Greet clients with a friendly and professional demeanour, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage the spa’s scheduling and booking system accurately and efficiently.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
• Process transactions, memberships and product sales.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
• Support the spa team with administrative tasks as needed.
• Promote spa services, specials, and retail products with confidence.
• Ensure every clients experience reflects the spa’s high standards of care.

Required Skills / Experience: :

• Previous experience in reception, front desk or customer service preferred.
• Comfortable with scheduling software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A professional, polished, and approachable demeanour.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
