Aperçu de l'emploi
Greeting patients, billing and booking appointments using electronic record keeping system. (Jane Practice Management System)
Guiding new patients in completing intake information and booking new assessments
Guiding new patients in completing intake information and booking new assessments
Managing schedules for therapists
Assisting therapists with communication with doctors, WSIB, and patients
Washing and folding clinic laundry (sheets, towels, pillow cases)
Closing clinic at end day
Work Schedule:
Mondays and Thursdays 2-7
Compétences/expérience requises
Availability for 2-7 PM shift Monday and Thursday.
Experience with Jane App or in medical/ physiotherapy reception an asset

Availability to cover full time secretary’s holidays/ days off would be an asset.
Avantages
This is a permanent part time position. 10 hours per week.
Extra hours may be available occasionally to cover illness of full time receptionist’s or occasional days off.
Covering 2 weeks of summer holiday time is essential.
$19 per hour. 3 month probation.

Minimum wage during training period (2-4 weeks) increasing once working independently.
