EASTERN ONTARIO HEALTH UNIT (EOHU)

Maintenance Technician



 



OFFICE :           Permanent
Full Time for Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry territory





SALARY:          $ 55,127.80
to $
62,316.80 annually





DESCRIPTION OF JOB:



The individual will support the
day-to-day operations of the health unit with primary functions in maintenance
responsibilities and facilitate the transfer of resources between offices.





QUALIFICATIONS:



·        
High school graduate with a minimum of three years
experience as a certified licensed technician with key trades such as
construction, building maintenance/ operations and/or equivalent experience.



·        
Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations and
environmental issues.



·        
Good
communication skills in both official languages preferred.



·        
Must possess a valid driver's licence and the use of an
automobile.

SALAIRE :         55 127,80 $ à 62 316,80 $ annuellement



 



DESCRIPTION DE TÂCHES :



La
personne sélectionnée assurera le fonctionnement journalier du bureau de santé,
c'est-à-dire remplira les principales fonctions liées à l'entretien et
facilitera le transfert des ressources entre les différents services.



 



CONDITIONS DE CANDIDATURE :



·        
Diplôme d'études secondaires
avec une expérience minimale de 3 ans acquise suivant l'obtention de ce
diplôme;



·        
Titre de technicien accrédité
avec compétences recherchées en construction ou en gestion du bâtiment;



·        
Expérience en entretien et exploitation ou
l'équivalent;



·        
Connaissance des normes de santé et de sécurité, ainsi
que des préoccupations environnementales;



·        
Bonne capacité à communiquer dans les deux langues
officielles préféré;



·        
Détenir un permis de conduire valide et avoir accès à
un véhicule.
