Position Details
Job Overview
* Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
* Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
* Ensure all work meets company standards and industry regulations.
* Conduct site inspections and provide detailed project documentation.
* Approve invoices, track costs, and maintain job profitability.
* Ensure health and safety compliance on all job sites
Required Skills/Experience
* Strong knowledge of insurance claims and estimating (Xactimate experience an asset)
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to lead and manage crews effectively.
* Valid driver’s license
* IICRC certifications (Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke) considered an asset.
* Carpentry or trade background is an asset.
