Aperçu de l'emploi
- Full
bi-weekly payroll function ensuring all employees receive applicable wages
and benefits, and deductions and contributions are made per schedule - Work
with HR and the Finance Manager to administer group benefits: health &
medical, employee assistance & RRSP programs - Complete,
store, and maintain all payroll records and information according to
governing legislation and for audit purposes - Reconcile
payroll accounts regularly through general ledger accounting practices,
including account reconciliation and journal entries. - Monthly bank
reconciliations
Compétences/expérience requises
- Payroll responsiblity in a small to medium sized business
- Strong
understanding of accounting principles including general ledger
accounting, account reconciliation, debits & credits, and journal
entries.
- Experience
with MS Excel and excellent computer skills in general - Strong
organizational and communication skills

Friday from 8am-5pm.
