Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cleaning Technician to maintain cleanliness and sanitation for all our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and notify management of repairs needed.
- Adhere to scheduling routines to ensure all areas are cleaned timely and thoroughly.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of the premises.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.
- Flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings or weekends as needed.
