Opportunity Description: $24/hour pending experience with an increase after completion of 6 month of training of $1.00

The Facility Operator is responsible for cleaning, mopping, maintaining facility, grounds, consumable products and complete general facility duties. Coordinate contractors, contracts and meet with regulatory personnel. Maintain supply for inventory and consumables.

Monday to Friday days with unpaid lunch. Monday to Thursday 7:00 to 4:00 and Fridays 6:30 to 1:00 for a total of 40 hours.

Must be: Mechanically Inclined, Self-Motivated, Safety Conscious & Apply Safety Standards, be Detail Oriented, a Good Record Keeper, have Planning Skills, and be a Good Communicator & Professional.

The operator will:

• Perform electronic & minor electrical work (motors, fixtures, receptacles etc.).
• Work with standardized operating procedures (SOP) for best practices
• Do facility inspections based on schedules, preventative/predictive maintenance
• Maintain facility, grounds (inside & out), the consumable inventory and do facility work
• Coordinate contractors, contracts and meet with regulatory personnel
• May perform basic machining under the direction of a senior machinist.

Must have a high school diploma as well as a minimum of one year working with facility responsibilities. Must be able to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs ingle benefits after 6 months include dental care, extended health care, life insurance & vision care. Personal protective equipment provided.
