We’re committed to helping clients restore their homes and businesses quickly, safely, and efficiently.We're looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team.

Position Summary:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of restoration projects from initiation through completion. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and budgets, while maintaining excellent communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
• Coordinate with adjusters, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Conduct site assessments and prepare estimates using Xactimate or other estimating software
• Schedule and supervise field crews and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Maintain accurate job records and documentation
• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with owners, all Project Managers and Team Members

Qualifications:

• Project management experience in restoration or construction preferred
• Strong knowledge of fire, water, and mold restoration processes
• Proficiency with project management and estimating software (e.g., Xactimate)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficient in basic computer operations, including word, outlook and spreadsheets.
• IICRC certifications a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Passport
