BFX Thermal Solutions is looking for a hardworking and reliable Spray Foam Installer to join our growing team. We specialize in residential, commercial, and agricultural insulation projects throughout Eastern Ontario.
The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in spray foam insulation is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic.

Job Responsibilities:- Assist with spray foam insulation installations- Prepare and clean job sites before and after projects- Operate spray foam equipment safely and efficiently- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment- Follow safety procedures and company standards- Work at heights and in various weather conditions when required- Communicate professionally with team members and customers
Requirements:- Valid G Class Driver’s License- Must be comfortable operating a truck with a trailer- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labour- Strong attention to detail- Punctual and reliable- Construction or insulation experience is considered an asset

Hourly pay- $20-$30 an hour depends on experience.
Monday through Friday, weekends may be required to finish a job on time.
Certifications needed: working at heights, platform training and WHIMIS
