CSO Clic – Program Facilitator

* In partnership with the Ontario Adult Probation & Parole Offices of the Eastern Region (Brockville, Cornwall, Hawkesbury), Laurencrest Youth Services Inc. is seeking a full-time facilitator to deliver educational programs and support the community reintegration of offenders. The Change Learn Identify Choose (CLIC) Program addresses mental health concerns facing emotional, social, and behavioural clients. The purpose of this program is to assist clients placed on community supervision and those recently released from incarceration in positively reintegrating into society.

QUALIFICATIONS •Fluently bilingual (French and English) •College diploma or higher post-secondary education in Social Work, education, or related field preferred •Valid Driver’s License •Experience working with individuals struggling with substance use, mental and behavioural wellness, poverty, and homelessness• Crisis intervention skills are considered an asset •Ability to work independently and as a member of a team •Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work •Knowledge of community resources •Knowledge of MS Office software and highly developed communication skills •Vulnerable Sector Check

* Pay – Based on experience
* Schedule– Monday to Friday (08:00-16:00) with occasional overtime
