On September 16, we're opening our doors to bring local employers and job seekers together — and we'd like you to be one of the 14 employers in the room.

Hiring takes more time than most teams have. Job postings pile up, resumes blur together, and the right person is often someone you'd only recognize in conversation. A job fair gives you those conversations back.

What you get

• A table and space for your team — set up, bring your materials, and talk to people
• Your open roles promoted in advance — we share who's hiring with our job seekers before the doors open
• Your business in front of the community — we feature every participating employer across our social channels, email list, and event page
• Job Zone d'emploi support on the day — our team is on site to keep things running and point candidates your way

All of it is free. We cover the space, the promotion, and the logistics. You bring your team and your open roles.

Who you'll meet

Job seekers from across Cornwall and SDG: people starting their first job, newcomers building a career here, skilled workers between roles, and people ready to change direction. Some are working with a Job Zone d'emploi Employment Consultant on their resume and interview skills. All of them are showing up because they want to work.

If someone you meet needs a little support to get started, that's where we come in. We've been connecting local employers with job-ready candidates since 1985 — more than 100,000 job seekers later, we still believe the right fit matters more than the perfect resume.
