Job Overview
The successful candidate must be able to:
-work independently with minimum supervision; trustworthy, reliable
-complete daily work assignments in a timely and accurate manner;
-perform general maintenance works ( drywall, painting, cleaning, etc.)
-analyze repairs requests and troubleshoot them(basic plumbing and electrical repairs)

Work Schedule:
8:30 AM-4:00PM
Required Skills/Experience
Requirements:
-clean criminal background check;
-clean driving record;
-basic skills (plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint)
-must have own tools and vehicle;
-ability to bend and lift heavy objects.
-bilingual is an asset
