Marketing and Promotions Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused RV Sales & Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role combines customer service with digital marketing to help showcase our inventory and create a welcoming experience for customers. Responsibilities include photographing trailers and boats, creating and posting engaging daily content on social media, greeting customers as they arrive, booking appointments, and providing general administrative and sales support. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable using social media platforms, has excellent communication and customer service skills, presents themselves professionally, and enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment. Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Previous administrative experience.
* Experience managing websites and/or social media platforms.
* Strong computer skills and ability to create and upload online content.
* Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable interacting with the general public and welcoming customers.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.

Note: This is not a sales position. The successful candidate's role is to create a positive first impression, showcase inventory through online marketing, greet and engage customers, and help connect them with the sales team.
